However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Keynamics website, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Keynamics and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our customer service department at: returns@keynamics.com. One of our customer service associates will assist you in either a merchandise exchange or return of the product for a credit of the purchase price. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to appear on your credit card statement. (Note: BodyBilt Chairs are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Keyovation Keyboards and Plantronics products are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This is due to the manufacturer's policy. Keynamics laptop stands do not have a restocking charge.)
You must return the product via (UPS Ground Service or any other trackable service) at your expense, in undamaged - resalable condition, in the original box with all materials and package inserts. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned - resalable product, the exchange or refund will be initiated.
